均匀流作用下海洋悬链线立管的振动特性研究

摘  要:对于大细长比海洋柔性立管,当涡激振动产生的涡旋脱落频率接近一个固有频率时,柔性立管就会产生该固有频率对应阶次的模态的振动特性,本文通过OrcaFlex软件对顶张力为0.04 kN的大长细比柔性立管在不同均匀流下的响应频率和模态等振动特性进行数值模拟分析。研究结果表明:立管响应频率、模态与流速呈正相关;流速越大立管的空间形态越是复杂且“扭转节”越多;立管的运动轨迹呈现为“8”字形状,且水深、流速和流向决定“8”字形的大小、绕行方向及弯曲方向;横流向(Cross-line,CF)、顺流向(In-line,IL)的相位差决定立管运动轨迹的绕行方向和形状。研究结果对海洋柔性立管的涡激振动研究具有参考意义。For marine flexible risers with large slenderness ratio,when the frequency of vortex shedding generated by vortex-induced vibration is close to a natural frequency,the flexible riser will produce the vibration characteristics of the mode corresponding to the order of the natural frequency.In this paper,OrcaFlex software is used to analyze Numerical simulation analysis was carried out on the response frequency and modal vibration characteristics of a large slenderness ratio flexible riser with a top tension of 0.04 kN under different uniform flows.The research results show that the response frequency and mode of the standpipe are positively correlated with the flow velocity;the greater the flow velocity,the more complex the spatial form of the standpipe and the more"torsion joints";the movement trajectory of the standpipe presents a"8"shape,and the water depth,flow velocity and flow direction determine the size,detour direction and bending direction of the"8"shape;the phase difference between Cross-line(CF)and In-line(IL)determines the detour direction and shape of riser motion trajectory.The research results have reference significance for the study of vortex-induced vibration of marine flexible risers.
