摘  要:随着新能源汽车产业的快速发展,院校对新能源汽车技术人才的培养提出了新的时代要求。虚拟仿真实训改变了教学模式,给予学生更贴合产业发展需求的教学实践,不仅能够切实提升学生专业技能水平,还可以进一步促进国内新能源产业的发展。学院在虚拟仿真技术应用方面也有一定基础,根据现有的师资条件,通过建立虚拟仿真实训基地、规划实训场地、实训硬件软件配置及其建设规范来优化制定出职业院校新能源汽车技术专业人才培养方案。With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry, colleges and universitieshave put forward new era requirements for the training of new energy vehicle technicians. Virtual simulation training has changed the teaching mode and given students more teaching practice that fits the needs of industrial development. It can not only effectively improve students’ professional skills, but also further promote the development of dome stic new energy industry. The college also has a certain foundation in the application of virtual simulation technology. According to the existing teachers’ conditions, the college has optimized and formulated the training plan for new energy automotive technology professionals in vocational colleges by establishing a virtual simulation training base, planning training sites, training hardware and software configuration and its construction specifications.
