摘 要:目的分析太原市三甲公立医院病案编码员的配置现状,为加强医院病案专业队伍建设,提高住院病案首页质量提供参考依据。方法以2020年10月8日-2020年10月31日太原市18所三甲公立医院的病案编码员为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法,调查内容包括学历、专业、职称、工作年限、专业培训及年编码工作量等,共调查了116人。采用SPSS17.0对数据进行统计分析。结果三甲公立医院编码员中达到本科及以上学历者占到76.7%,但病案管理专业人才仅占到43.9%;编码员中级职称者占多数,达到68.7%;综合医院编码员人均年工作量为(36527±12512)册,高于专科医院的(26856±9248)册,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论太原市三甲公立医院编码员整体素养相对较好,但仍存在专业人才不足、专业背景不符、编码工作量较大等问题。为了医院的长足发展,医院领导应重视编码工作,增加病案专业人才编制,同时加强编码员继续教育,为医院的高质量发展做好人才梯队建设。Objectives For enhancing the professional skill of the medical record codes and improving the quality of medical record front page,we analyzed the allocation situation of medical record coders in Three A and Tertiary Hospitals in provincial capital city.Methods From October 8th,2020 to October 31st,2020,medical record coders from 18 Three A and Tertiary Public Hospitals in Taiyuan were selected as the research objects.A total of 116people were investigated by questionnaire,including education background,major,professional title,working years,professional training and annual coding workload.SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the data.Results 76.7%of the coders in Three A and Tertiary Public Hospitals had a bachelor’s degree or above,but only 43.9%of the coders majored in medical record management.Coders with intermediate titles accounted for 68.7%;The average annual workload of coders in general hospitals was(36527±12512)volumes,which was higher than that in specialized hospitals(26856±9248)volumes,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions The overall quality of coders in Three A and Tertiary Public Hospitals in Taiyuan was relatively good,but there were still problems such as lack of professional talents,inconsistent professional background and heavy coding workload.For the long-term development of the hospital,the leaders should pay attention to the coding work,increase the professional personnel establishment of medical records,and strengthen the continuing education of coders,so as to build a good talent echelon for the high-quality development of the hospital.
