长江经济带城市高等教育竞争力水平测度与空间分布研究

摘　　要：城市高等教育竞争力是一座城市的高等教育体系面向新发展格局,在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务与文化传承创新等方面参与国内和国际其他城市的竞争时具有的综合优势。基于价值链模型构建城市高等教育竞争力评价指标体系。运用熵权法—灰色关联分析法综合评价模型对长江经济带11个城市的高等教育竞争力水平展开测度研究。研究表明,长江经济带上、中、下游城市高等教育竞争力水平的空间分异性显著。下游的4个城市高等教育综合竞争力优势显著,中游的武汉和上游的成都分别成为所在流域的优势增长极,其余的省会城市发展一般。建议加强长江经济带区域高校合作,促进高校与城市发展之间的深度融合;建构长江经济带区域一体化发展高等教育协同机制,建设一批人才培养和科技创新合作体;加强以高等学校为依托的长江经济带高端智库建设,全面提升高等教育服务贡献能力水平。The higher education competitiveness in a provincal capital city is one of the comprehensive advantages when its higher education system facing a new development pattern participates in the competition with other cities from both China and overseas in the aspects of talent training,scientific research,social services,and cultural inheritance and innovation.Based on the value chain model,the evaluation index system of city higher education competitiveness is constructed.The comprehensive evaluation model of entropy weight method and grey relational analysis method is used to measure the level of higher education competitiveness among 11 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Zone,and ArcGIS software is used to visualize the spatial distribution characteristics of measurement results.The results show that the spatial differentiation of the competitiveness of higher education in cities in the upstream,midstream and downstream of the Yangtze River Economic Zone is significant.The four downstream cities have significant advantages in the comprehensive competitiveness of higher education.Wuhan in the midstream and Chengdu in the upstream respectively become the advantageous growth poles of the basin where they are located.The remaining cities are generally developed.It is suggested that we should strengthen the cooperation between colleges and universities in the Yangtze River Economic Zone region,promote the deep integration between colleges and urban development,construct a coordination mechanism for regional integration and development of higher education in the Yangtze River Economic Zone,build a number of cooperative bodies for talent training and scientific and technological innovation,reinforce the construction of high-end think tanks in the Yangtze River Economic Zone on the basis of colleges and universities,and comprehensively promote the level of higher education service contribution ability.
