摘　　要：迷走神经来源的神经鞘瘤较为少见,瘤体巨大者则更为罕见。本文报道1例右侧颈部巨大肿瘤患者,术前误诊为多形性腺瘤,术中才确诊为神经鞘瘤。就其病史结合相关文献对其临床表现、诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗及预后等进行探讨。Vagal nerve-derived schwannomas are rare, especially those with huge tumors. This paper reports a case of giant tumor in the right neck. The patient was misdiagnosed as pleomorphic adenoma before operation, and was diagnosed as schwannoma during operation. The clinical manifestations, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis are discussed in this paper based on the history and related literature.
