摘　　要：陈信义教授从事中医及中西医结合临床医疗近50载,在治疗血液病及肿瘤疾病如肺癌、肝癌、胃癌等实体瘤有独特见解。文中阐述陈教授坚持守正创新的应用中医药治疗非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC),其认为肺癌的基本病因病机是正虚为本,痰瘀为标,扶正与祛痰瘀贯穿治疗始终,他善辨病机,喜用古方或经典方剂,组方精练,用药独到。尤其提出的分阶段治疗以及“以人为本”,“先留人,再治病”等理念具有重要临床应用价值,为中医药治疗NSCLC提供了重要思维和科学研究思路。Professor Chen Xinyi has been engaged in clinical medicine of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years.He has unique insights in the treatment of hematological diseases and tumor diseases such as lung cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer,and other solid tumors.This paper described Professor Chen′s adherence to the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).He believes that the basic etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer is the deficiency of healthy qi as the origin and phlegm and blood stasis as the superficiality.Therefore,reinforcing healthy qi and removing phlegm and blood stasis run through the treatment.Professor Chen is good at distinguishing the pathogenesis and prefers to use ancient or classic prescriptions.His prescriptions are concise with unique effects.In particular,the proposed concepts of phased treatment,"people-oriented"treatment,and"keeping the patient first,and then treating the disease"have important clinical application value,providing important thinking and scientific research ideas for the treatment of NSCLC with traditional Chinese medicine.
