摘　　要：中药超声雾化是将古代熏蒸疗法和现代医疗技术相结合的新型治疗手段,该方法可使药液直接且均匀地作用于病灶,具有起效快、作用时间持久、方便快捷、全身不良反应少等优点。近年来,中药超声雾化已在临床中广泛应用,并在耳鼻咽喉科疾病治疗中取得良好临床疗效。然而,目前中药超声雾化仍遵循既往临床经验,缺乏临床指导与规范。鉴于此,现基于目前国内外临床研究证据和专家经验,形成中药超声雾化在耳鼻咽喉科疾病中的临床应用和相关问题的共识,以期进一步指导耳鼻咽喉科医师在临床中规范实践中药超声雾化,并促进其在耳鼻咽喉科疾病治疗中的合理应用。Ultrasonic nebulization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a new treatment method combining the ancient traditional fumigation therapy and the modern advanced medical technology,which can make the medicinal solution act directly and evenly on the lesion,with the advantages of easy to use,fast onset of action,long-lasting effect time and less systemic adverse reactions.Recently,ultrasonic nebulization therapy of TCM has been widely utilized in clinical practice,and achieved favorable clinical efficacy in the treatment of otorhinolaryngological diseases.However,ultrasonic nebulization of TCM still follows the previous clinical experience and lacks clinical guidance and standardization.Incorporating the available clinical research evidence and expert experience from domestic and international sources,herein,an expert consensus was developed regarding the clinical application of ultrasonic nebulized inhalation of TCM in the treatment of otorhinolaryngological diseases and related issues,aiming to instruct the standardized practice and rational application of this therapeutic method in otorhinolaryngological diseases.
