摘　　要：图片交换沟通系统作为一种辅助沟通技术,对无口语或低口语孤独症谱系障碍儿童功能性沟通技能的干预成效已得到研究证实。文章使用系统综述和元分析的首选报告项目检索程序,首次对图片交换沟通系统在我国孤独症谱系障碍儿童中的群组干预研究进行综述,从被试特征、干预特征、研究质量和干预结果四个方面进行梳理,并为我国未来开展图片交换沟通系统的干预研究和实践提供建议。Research has indicated that picture exchange communication system(PECS),one of the alternative communication skills,can effectively improve functional communication skills of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)who are nonverbal or minimally verbal.Based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis,the present paper reviews studies on group designs PECS interventions to children with ASD,summarizes the participant characteristics,intervention characteristics,research quality and intervention outcomes.Directions for future research and practice are discussed.
