摘 要:茶叶加工标准化对于规范茶叶生产加工过程、保障和提升茶叶品质有重要现实意义。茶叶拼配工艺作为茶叶加工的重要环节,对于提升茶叶加工水平、充分发挥茶叶经济价值以提升企业效益和茶叶市场竞争力具有重要作用。文章对2021年江西省茶叶主产区264家茶叶企业的线上问卷调查数据,采用扩展回归模型和Logit模型,从茶叶拼配工艺的视角,实证分析茶叶品质稳定性感知对茶叶企业加工标准化生产行为的影响,进一步通过中介效应模型检验茶叶拼配工艺采用行为的间接传导作用。结果表明:(1)品质稳定性感知对茶叶企业加工标准化行为有显著正向影响,其影响效应为11.2%;(2)茶叶拼配工艺采用行为在品质稳定性感知对茶叶企业加工标准化行为的影响中起到部分中介作用,其中介效应为36.41%,表明茶叶企业管理者品质稳定性感知的提升能够通过引进茶叶拼配工艺,提升企业加工标准化水平。此外,茶叶企业的安全认证获得情况对其加工标准化行为也有促进作用。因此,在推动茶叶企业加工标准化进程中,应注重提升茶叶企业管理者的综合素养,充分发挥企业家才能及其创新力;加快茶叶拼配技术的创新和推广,以新型茶叶拼配技术推进茶叶生产标准化;完善茶叶“三品一标”认证流程,助力茶叶企业生产标准化。The standardization of tea processing has important practical significance for standardizing the tea production and processing process,ensuring and improving the tea quality.As a significant link of it,the tea blending technology has played an important role in improving the level of tea processing,giving full play to the economic value of tea to enhance the benefit of enterprises and the competitiveness of tea market.Based on the online questionnaire survey data of 264 tea enterprises in the main tea producing areas of Jiangxi Province in 2021,using Extended Regression Model(ERM)and Logit Model,from the perspective of tea processing links and tea blending technology,this paper empirically analyzed the influence of tea quality stability perception on the standardized production behavior of tea enterprises.The results showed that:(1)The perception of quality stability had a significant positive effect on the processing standardization of tea enterprises,the impact effect was 11.2%.(2)The adoption of tea blending technology played a partial mediating role in the impact of quality stability perception on the processing standardization behavior of tea enterprises,of which the mediating effect was 36.41%,indicating that the improvement of the quality stability perception of tea enterprise managers could improve the processing standardization level of the enterprise through the introduction of tea blending technology.In addition,the safety certification of tea enterprises could also promote their processing standardization.Therefore,in the process of promoting the processing standardization of tea enterprises,attention should be paid to improving the comprehensive quality of tea enterprise managers and giving full play to the innovative power of entrepreneurs,to accelerate the innovation and promotion of tea blending technology and promote the standardization of tea production with new tea blending technology,to promote the improvement of the"Three Products and One Standard"certification process of tea,and help the sta
