宫腔镜治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者的有效性研究

摘　　要：目的分析宫腔镜治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的80例子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例)、研究组(40例),对照组实施腹腔镜手术治疗,研究组实施宫腔镜手术治疗,两组均观察至患者出院。比较两组手术指标、并发症、月经持续时间和月经量复常情况,术前、术后应激指标。结果与对照组比较,研究组排气恢复时间、住院时间均更短;与术前比较,术后两组应激蛋白、白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均升高,但研究组低于对照组;研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组;与对照组比较,研究组月经持续时间和月经量复常率均更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤可有效缩短患者的恢复时间,减轻应激反应,降低并发症发生率,促进月经恢复正常。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopy in the treatment of uterine submucosal fibroids.Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine submucosal fibroids admitted to our hospital were selected as the study object,and were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the study group(40 cases)by random number table method.The control group received laparoscopic surgery and the study group received hysteroscopy surgery.Both groups were observed to be discharged.The surgical indexes,complications,menstrual duration and regular menstrual volume,preoperative and postoperative stress indexes were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the exhaust recovery time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter.Compared with the preoperative level,the levels of serum stress protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups increased after operation,but the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group.The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group.Compared with the control group,the duration of menstruation and the recurrence rate of menstrual volume in the study group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic treatment of uterine submucosal fibroids can effectively shorten the treatment time,reduce stress response,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the return of menstruation to normal.
