腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断卵巢瘤样病变的价值评价

摘　　要：目的评价腹部超声与阴道超声联合方案用于卵巢瘤样病变患者中的诊断价值。方法回顾性选取40例卵巢瘤样病变患者,均给予病理检查、腹部超声、阴道超声及腹部、阴道超声联合检查,以病理检查结果为金标准,比较不同检查方式的检出情况。结果腹部、阴道超声联合诊断相较于单一腹部超声、阴道超声具有更高的准确率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢瘤样病变患者选取腹部超声与阴道超声联合诊断,可提升诊断准确率,减少漏诊、误诊。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in patients with ovarian tumor-like lesions.Methods 40 patients with ovarian tumor-like lesions were retrospectively selected,and all of them were given pathological examination,abdominal ultrasound,vaginal ultrasound,and abdominal and vaginal ultrasound combined examination.The results of pathological examination were used as the gold standard.The results of the three methods were compared.Results The combined diagnosis of abdominal and vaginal ultrasound had higher accuracy than that of single abdominal and vaginal ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined diagnosis of abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in patients with ovarian tumor-like lesions can improve the diagnostic accuracy rate and reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
