摘　　要：快速眼动睡眠行为障碍(RBD)是以梦境行为演绎和骨骼肌失迟缓为特征性表现的睡眠异常,其病理生理机制可能与背外侧核下部(SLD)和延髓腹内侧核(VMM)构成的快速眼动睡眠核心环路的破坏有关。近年来RBD被报道与神经变性疾病,特别是α突触核蛋白病关系密切,作为后者预测权重最高的生物学标记已受到研究者的广泛关注。因此,总结和探讨RBD病因机制、临床特征及发展转归等对于神经变性疾病的早期识别、干预和预后评估有着重要意义。Rapid eye movement sleep behaviour disorder(RBD)is a parahypnosis characterized by dream enactment behavior and loss of muscle atonia during REM sleep.The pathophysiological mechanism of RBD may be related to the disruption of the rapid eye movement(REM)sleep core circuit composed of the sublaterodorsal tegmental nucleus(SLD)and ventromedial medulla(VMM).Recently,RBD has been reported to be closely associated with neurodegenerative diseases,especiallyα-synucleinopathies.As a biomarker with the highest predictive weight of the latter,RBD has been widely concerned by researchers.Therefore,it is of great significance to summarize and explore the etiological mechanism,clinical characteristics,development and prognosis of RBD for the early identification,intervention and prognosis evaluation of neurodegenerative diseases.
