摘 要:为提高电容层析成像(electrical capacitance tomography,ECT)的图像重建质量,提出一种基于降维处理的Tikhonov正则化图像重建算法。首先采用Tikhonov正则化算法获得一幅初始重建图像,而后将初始重建图像中背景区域的像素灰度值视为已知量“0”,从待求灰度向量中剔除。通过降维处理,减轻ECT逆问题的不适定性。仿真与实验结果表明:与Landweber迭代算法和Tikhonov正则化算法相比,该文所提的算法具有更高的重建精度,其重建图像也更接近真实分布。该文研究为ECT图像重建提供一个新的思路。In order to improve the image reconstruction quality of electrical capacitance tomography(ECT),a dimension reduction based Tikhonov regularization image reconstruction algorithm was proposed.First,an initial reconstruction image was obtained by the Tikhonov regularization algorithm,and then the gray values of the pixels in the reconstructed background region were regarded as known quantities"0"and were removed from the gray value vector to be calculated.By the dimension reduction,the ill-posedness of ECT inverse problem was alleviated.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has higher reconstruction accuracy and its reconstructed images are closer to the true distributions compared with the Landweber iteration algorithm and the Tikhonov regularization algorithm.Thus,this paper provided a new idea for ECT image reconstruction.
