摘  要:碳纤维复合材料作为多相材料,因其摩擦系数大、高温氧化性能好、力学性能优良等诸多优点成为了新一代高性能材料,广泛应用于航天航空、国防军工及高端民用领域。作为高性能摩擦材料,在高铁、飞机、重型卡车和高端汽车领域具有广泛的应用前景。结合其在摩擦制动领域的应用现状,重点介绍了用于生产C/C-SiC材料制动盘的主流预制体成型方法和复合工艺的特点、研究现状及存在的问题,并指出低成本、高性能是未来摩擦制动用C/C-SiC材料的研究方向和发展重点。As a multiphase material,carbon fiber composites have become a new generation of high-performance materials due to their large friction coefficient,good high-temperature oxidation performance,and excellent mechanical properties.As a high-performance frictionmaterial,it has broad application prospects in the fields of high-speed rail,aircraft,heavy-duty trucks and high-end automobiles.Combined with its application status in the field of friction braking,the characteristics of mainstream preform molding methods and composite processes for the production of C/C-SiC brake discs,the research status and the existing problems are emphatically introduced.It is pointed out that low cost and high performance are the research direction and development focus of C/C-SiC materials for friction braking in the future.
