摘　　要：解析Open GLAM文化遗产开放数据实践,旨在推动我国文化遗产领域数据开放,实现文化遗产数据资源价值。阐述了开展Open GLAM运动需遵循的5条原则,分别从CHOD的开放内容、开放层次和开放特色等方面对GLAM文化遗产开放数据实践进行了分析,指出CHOD的开放内容包括馆藏图像、实体和数字替代品图像描述的元数据以及资源获取的API,从政策影响、专栏展览、数据聚合、公众互动等方面归纳总结出CHOD的开放特色,并从政策指导、特色馆藏、公众需求、发布规范等方面提出了对我国文化遗产数据开放的启示。Analyzing the practice of Open GLAM cultural heritage open data aims to promote the openness of data in the field of cultural heritage and realize the value of cultural heritage data resources in our country. This paper expounds five principles to be followed in developing the Open GLAM movement,analyzes the open data practice of GLAM cultural heritage from the aspects of the open content,open level and open features of CHOD respectively,points out that CHOD’s open content includes the collection images,the metadata described by physical and digital alternatives to images and API for resource acquisition,summarizes the opening characteristics of CHOD from the policy impact,column exhibition,data aggregation,public interaction and other aspects,and puts forward some enlightenments to our country’s cultural heritage data opening from the policy guidance,the characteristic collection,the public demand,the release standard and other aspects.
