摘 要:针对大功率整流,本文设计了一款采用廉价HSMS-282B肖特基整流二极管、工作频率5.8GHz、基于倍压整流技术的整流电路。该整流电路由倍压结构、谐波抑制网络、匹配网络组成。倍压结构由2只二极管构成,通过两只二极管共同分压使整流电路承受更大微波输入功率,实现大功率整流;谐波抑制网络通过两个并联的微带枝节实现对交流分量短路,通过抑制基波和二次谐波来保障有足够高的整流效率;匹配网络通过优化微带线尺寸消除输入阻抗中的电抗分量,利用1/4波长阻抗变换线实现与源阻抗共轭匹配。加工制作了整流电路样品,对其测试的结果表明,该整流电路在5.8GHz工作频率,负载为200Ω和输入微波功率26d Bm(即0.4W)的测试条件下,测的整流输出直流功率0.26W,相应的整流效率达到66.7%。For high-power rectifier, this paper designs a rectifier circuit using cheap Schottky rectifier diode of HSMS-282B, with the working frequency of 5.8GHz, based on voltage doubling rectifier technology.The rectifier circuit is composed of voltage doubling structure, harmonic suppression network and matching network. The voltage doubling structure is composed of two diodes, which enables the rectifier circuit to withstand greater microwave input power, improves the DC voltage of the rectifier output,and thus realizes high-power rectification;The harmonic suppression network is short circuited to the AC component through two parallel microstrip branches, and high rectification efficiency is guaranteed through fundamental and second harmonic choking;The matching network eliminates the reactance component in the input impedance by optimizing the microstrip line size, and realizes conjugate matching with the source impedance by using 1/4 wavelength impedance conversion line. A sample of the rectifier circuit was fabricated. The test results show that the output DC power of the rectifier circuit is 0.26W, and the corresponding rectification efficiency reaches 66.7% under the test conditions of 5.8GHz working frequency, 200 Ω load and 26dBm(0.4W) input microwave power.
