摘 要:针对汽车制造冲压车间自动化机械手Tooling抓手从立体存放库位提取时易出现错乱,导致设备运行后机械手与机床发生碰撞的问题,提出了一种机械手Tooling抓手在线自动识别的方法。通过对每一个Tooling抓手张贴含有独特身份信息的二维码标签,在换模过程中利用安装在压机上的识别器对当前抓手身份进行识别,并通过无线信号发射器将识别信息上传至上位机及主控系统。该方法将进一步提升设备的自动化生产效率,降低人为风险,而且识别系统与现有的生产设备主控系统之间采取了有效的物理隔离,保证了设备的安全性。Aiming at the problem of collision between the manipulator and the machine tool after the equipment is running,a method of online automatic recognition of the manipulator’s Tooling gripper has been proposed in the text,in order to solve the problem that the automatic manipulator’s Tooling gripper is easy to be confused when it is extracted from the three-dimensional storage location in the automobile manufacturing stamping workshop.By pasting a two-dimensional code label containing unique identity information on each tooling gripper,the identifier installed on the press has been used to identify the current gripper identity during the mold change process,and the identification information has been uploaded to the upper computer and the main control system through the wireless signal transmitter.This method will further improve the automatic production efficiency of equipment,reduce human risk,and ensure the safety of equipment by adopting effective physical isolation between the identification system and the existing production equipment master system.
