摘　　要：主要介绍压力机在电气控制方面一些必要的安全场景应用,并针对目前应用面最广的西门子大型安全可编程控制器S7-1500F,研究其故障安全系统的硬件连接、安全组态及编程,以达到相应的安全标准,从而满足生产现场对故障安全控制的需求。Some necessary safety scenario applications of the press in electrical control have been mainly introduced in the text.Aiming at the most widely used large-scale safety programmable controller at present Siemens S7-1500F,the hardware connection,safety configuration and programming of the fail safe system have been studied in order to meet the corresponding safety standards and meet the needs of the production site for fail safe control.
