摘  要:针对覆盖件冲压成形,提出一种有效的动态压边力多目标粒子群优化方法。该方法以减少覆盖件的开裂、起皱和回弹缺陷为优化目标,以动态压边力曲线的特征参数为优化变量,采用基于拥挤距离的多目标粒子群优化算法(MOPSO-CD)和最小距离求解法,对U型冲压标准模型和某方盒形覆盖件冲压成形实例进行了动态压边力优化试验。试验结果表明,该方法能有效解决薄板冲压成形中的动态压边力优化问题,为覆盖件冲压成形工艺的制定及优化提供借鉴。An effective multi-objective particle swarm optimization method for dynamic blank holder force(DBF)has been proposed for panel stamping process.The method takes the reduction of cracking,wrinkling and springback defects of the panel as the optimization objective,the characteristic parameters of the dynamic blank holder force curve as the optimization variables,while the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on crowding distance(MOPSO-CD)and the minimum distance solution method have been used to carry out the dynamic blank holder force optimization experiments on the stamping forming process of the standard U-shaped die and a square box shaped panel.The experimental results show that the method can effectively solve the optimization problem of dynamic blank holder force in sheet metal stamping process,which provides a reference for the formulation and optimization of panel stamping process.
