1例子宫剖宫产瘢痕部位侵袭性葡萄胎病例的报道分析并文献复习

摘　　要：子宫剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠是剖宫产的一个潜在并发症,近年来其发生率愈见增高。而剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠滋养细胞疾病则是与剖宫产瘢痕妊娠相关的一种特殊疾病,其诊断和治疗方面国内外现缺乏明确的指南。本文结合相关文献就烟台毓璜顶医院妇科收治的1例子宫剖宫产瘢痕部位侵袭性葡萄胎病例的诊治过程进行讨论,认为剖宫产瘢痕部位的侵袭性葡萄胎是一种特殊部位的妇科恶性肿瘤,常不易诊断,确诊后应尽早进行治疗。Cicatricial pregnancy is a potential complication of cesarean section,and its incidence is increasing in recent years.Gestational trophoblastic disease at the site of caesarean section scar is a special disease related to caesarean section scar pregnancy,and its diagnosis and treatment are lack of clear guidelines at home and abroad.This paper discusses the diagnosis and treatment process of a case of invasive hydatidiform mole at the site of cesarean section scar admitted to the department of gynecology of Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital based on relevant literature.It is considered that invasive hydatidiform mole at the site of cesarean section scar is a kind of gynecological malignant tumor at a special site,which is often not easy to diagnose,and should be treated as soon as possible after diagnosis.
