摘 要:目的对照分析线上BOPPPS教学方式对医学生创新创业能力的提升价值,提升教学质量。方法选择2020年1月1日-2021年6月30日在读医学生共100名,用随机数字法分组,常规教学医学生(n=50)纳入对照组,BOPPPS教学医学生(n=50)纳入研究组,对2组教学质量进行分析。结果研究组教学后专业考核成绩(90.24±0.71)分、(88.62±0.74)分、(86.25±2.62)分、(81.25±0.71)分,高于对照组医学生教学后专业考核成绩(85.21±0.62)分、(80.52±0.64)分、(79.82±1.98)分、(74.25±0.66)分(t=37.733、58.542、40.750、51.061,P<0.001);对比教学前2组专业考核成绩,无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组医学生教学满意度评分(4.47±0.32)分,高于对照组医学生教学满意度评分(3.06±0.13)分(t=28.866,P<0.05);研究组医学生教学后创新创业能力评分(3.33±0.31)分、(3.58±0.29)分、(3.81±0.59)分、(4.01±0.63)分,高于对照组医学生教学后创新创业能力评分(2.15±0.27)分、(2.45±0.19)分、(2.41±0.54)分、(2.66±0.49)分(t=20.297、23.047、12.377、11.960,P<0.001);对比教学前2组创新创业能力评分,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论对医学生采取线上BOPPPS教学,可有效提升专业能力,促进创新创业能力提高,并改善对教学模式的满意程度,临床具有一定实践价值。Objectives This study aims to compare and analyze the enhancement value of the BOPPPS online teaching method for medical students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Methods A total of 100 medical students from January 1,2020 to June 30,2021 were selected and grouped by random numbers.Medical students(n=50)who adopted the conventional teaching method were divided into the control group,while students(n=50)who adopted the BOPPPS teaching method were divided into the study group.The teaching quality of the two groups was analyzed.Results The professional assessment scores of medical students in the study group after teaching were 90.24±0.71,88.62±0.74,86.25±2.62,and 81.25±0.71,which were higher than the scores of 85.21±0.62,80.52±0.64,79.82±1.98,and 74.25±0.66 in the control group(t=37.733,58.542,40.750,51.061,P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the scores between the two groups before teaching(P>0.05).The teaching satisfaction score of medical students in the study group(4.47±0.32)was higher than that in the control group(3.06±0.13)(t=28.866,P<0.05).The scores of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of medical students in the study group after teaching were 3.33±0.31 points,3.58±0.29points,3.81±0.59 points,and 4.01±0.63 points,which was higher than the scores of 2.15±0.27,2.45±0.19,2.41±0.54,and 2.66±0.49 in the control group(t=20.297,23.047,12.377,11.960,P<0.001).There was no significant difference in scores of innovation and entrepreneurship ability between the two groups before teaching(P>0.05).Conclusions The online BOPPPS teaching for medical students can effectively improve the professional ability of medical students,promote the improvement of medical students’innovation and entrepreneurial ability,and improve the degree of satisfaction of medical students with the teaching mode.It has certain practical value in clinical practice.
