摘 要:多普勒激光测振仪可在不产生任何附加影响的情况下对结构进行非接触式测量,特别适合用于高危场合及轻、薄、柔类结构的振动测量。以4个典型工程实例为例,即厂房中排架柱顶振动量的测量,系杆拱桥结构中吊杆索力测量,垃圾焚烧电厂内机组、反应塔和烟囱振动相关性测量,厂房中网架的模态参数测量,系统地介绍了激光测振仪在这些结构中的测试方法。测试结果表明,采用非接触式激光测振仪可以方便、快捷和高效地完成对结构中不同振动测试需求的测量,具有较好的精度,满足工程需求。The Doppler laser vibrometer can perform non-contact measurement of structures without any additional influence,and especially is suitable for the vibration measurement of high-risk situations and light,thin and flexible structures.Taking four typical engineering examples as examples,such as the vibration measurement of the top of the bent frame in factory building,the measurement of the suspender cable force in the tied arch bridge structure,the measurement of the vibration correlation of the units,reaction towers and chimneys in the waste incineration power plant,and the measurement of the modal parameters of grid structure in the factory,the test methods of the laser vibrometer in these structures are systematically introduced.The test results show that the non-contact laser vibrometer can conveniently,quickly and efficiently complete the measurement of different vibration test requirements in the structures,has better accuracy and can meet the engineering requirements.
