摘　　要：火麻(Cannabis sativa L.)是一种良好的油料作物,火麻仁(Fructus Cannabis)为其干燥成熟去壳果实.火麻仁在榨取油脂后产生大量的副产物——火麻仁粕,直接废弃会导致资源浪费.因在火麻仁粕中含有营养价值较高的蛋白质,其水解产物多肽具有降血糖、降血压、抗氧化等功效.因此,针对目前火麻仁蛋白(碱溶酸沉法、酶解法等)、多肽(酶解法、发酵法)提取工艺进行了总结与探讨,以期为火麻仁的进一步研究提供参考依据.Fire hemp(Cannabis sativa L.)is a kind of good oil crop,whose dry and ripe decladding fruit is called fire hemp seed(Fructus Cannabis).A large number of dregs were produced after extracting oil from hemp seed.If these dregs are directly discarded,it will lead to a waste of resources.Because the hemp seed dregs also contain proteins with high nutritional value.Moreover,these protein′s hydrolysates,polypeptides,have the effects of reducing blood sugar,reducing blood pressure and anti-oxidation.Therefore,the extraction technologies of fire hemp protein(alkaline solubilization/acid precipitation,enzyme hydrolysis method and so on)and polypeptide(enzyme hydrolysis method,fermentation) were summarized and discussed.The purpose is to provide reference for further research of hemp seed.
