摘 要:目的 构建窄径和常规种植体支持的下颌磁性附着体全口覆盖义齿模型,通过比较应力分布与形变,分析下颌全口覆盖义齿中窄径种植体的生物力学性能。方法 建立下颌2颗及4颗窄径种植体、常规种植体支持的磁性附着体全口覆盖义齿三维有限元模型,每个模型均给予单侧垂直、单侧斜向、双侧垂直和双侧斜向4种加载条件,记录上述4个模型种植体及其周围骨、黏膜应力分布和义齿基托位移情况。结果 相同种植体数量的模型对比中,窄径种植体模型的种植体及其周围骨、黏膜的应力分布和义齿基托位移均要高于常规径种植体模型,但仍在正常允许值范围内。结论 窄径种植体支持的下颌磁性附着体全口覆盖义齿符合生物力学要求,在临床上具有可行性。Objective To construct the mandible full overdenture with magnetic attachment models supported by narrow-diameter implants and to analyze the biomechanical properties of the implants supported overdenture. Methods Four 3D finite element models were reconstructed with four kinds of loading conditions. The biomechanical properties of implant,per-implant bone, mucosa and denture base were obtained. Results The stress of the narrow-diameter implant models was higher than those of the conventional-diameter implant models, but still within the normal range. Conclusions It is feasible to support magnetic attachment mandibular overdenture with narrow diameter implant in clinic.
