摘　　要：底特律S60发动机是目前国内可控震源的主力发动机,广泛应用于各型震源。该发动机电子控制系统(DDEC)中含有多个温度、压力传感器,用于监测发动机运行状态并控制喷油。其中温度传感器主要元件是热敏电阻,压力传感器主要元件是压敏电阻。在实际使用中,传感器及线路老化损坏经常会导致报警频发,对一线维修人员造成一定的困扰。本文对S60发动机传感器的原理及作用进行阐述,对常见故障进行分析并提出具体的检测方法,供维修人员参考。The Detroit S60 engine is currently the main engine of the domestic vibroseis and is widely used in all types of vibroseis.The engine electronic control system(DDEC)contains multiple temperature and pressure sensors,which are used to monitor the operating state of the engine and control fuel injection.The main components of the temperature sensor are thermistors and the main components of the pressure sensor are varistors.In actual use,the aging and damage of sensors and wires often lead to frequent fault alarms,which causes some trouble to front-line maintenance personnel.This paper expounds the principle and function of S60 engine sensor,analyzes common faults and puts forward specific detection methods for maintenance personnel.
