摘  要:目的 探讨宫颈癌组织中结肠癌转移相关基因1(MACC1)和肝细胞生长因子受体(c-Met)蛋白表达与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 选取自2018年1月至2021年1月就诊于浙江省丽水市人民医院妇产科的61例宫颈癌患者为观察组,32例同期于本院行全子宫切除术的正常宫颈患者为对照组。采用免疫组化法检测两组患者宫颈组织的MACC1、c-Met蛋白的表达情况,分析其与淋巴结转移的关系。结果 观察组的MACC1、c-Met蛋白阳性率均明显高于对照组(P <0.05);经Spearman相关性检验结果,MACC1和c-Met蛋白在宫颈癌患者中表达呈正相关(r=0.683,P <0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示MACC1蛋白表达和肌层浸润深度是影响宫颈癌患者淋巴结转移的独立危险因素(P <0.05)。结论 MACC1和c-Met可能参与了宫颈癌的发生发展,其中MACCI是宫颈癌淋巴结转移的独立危险因素。Objective To investigate the expression of MACC1 and c-Met in cervical carcinoma and its correlation with pelvic lymph node metastasis.Methods 61 patients with cervical cancer diagnosed in the Obstetrics and Gynecology department of Lishui People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the observation object,and 32 patients with normal cervix were chosen as control group.The expression of MACC1protein and c-Met protein were detected by immunohistochemical method.The correlations between MACC1 and c-Met protein in cervical carcinoma were analyzed,and the correlations of the two proteins with pelvic lymph node metastasis were evaluated.Results The positive expression rate of MACC1 protein and c-Met protein in the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of MACC1 protein and c-Met protein in cervical cancer were positively related(P<0.05).Vascular invasion,cervical cancer differentiation degree,the positive expression rate of MACC1 protein and c-Met protein and muscular infiltration depth were risk factors for lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The expression rate of MACC1 protein and muscular infiltration depth were closely associated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of MACC1 and c-Met protein in cervical cancer group were high.The expression of MACC1 is an independent risk factor of cervical carcinoma lymph node metastasis.
