摘 要:目的 探讨宫颈癌患者血清白细胞介素33(IL-33)、黏蛋白1(MUC-1)及细胞角蛋白19(CK19)表达与细胞凋亡的相关性。方法 选择2019年1月至2021年1月于淮安市第一人民医院进行治疗的85例宫颈癌患者为试验组进行研究,并选择同期在本院进行体检的健康妇女80例作为对照组,分析两组血清IL-33、MUC-1及CK19的水平变化情况,并分析其和细胞凋亡、临床病理因素之间的关系。结果 试验组患者血清IL-33、MUC-1及CK19水平均显著性高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组细胞凋亡指数为(6.32±1.60),显著高于对照组的(2.37±0.71),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);不同年龄、不同肿瘤分化程度、不同病理类型及有无淋巴结转移之间血清IL-33、MUC-1及CK19水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);临床Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者血清IL-33、MUC-1及CK19水平显著低于临床Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);在相关性分析结果中显示,血清IL-33、MUC-1及CK19和细胞凋亡、临床分期之间均呈正相关(P <0.05)。结论 在宫颈癌患者中血清IL-33、MUC-1及CK19的异常表达参与了疾病的发生与发展,同时对宫颈癌组织细胞凋亡发挥着一定的影响作用,而本次研究也为靶向药物治疗宫颈癌提供了新思路。Objective To study the expression of serum Interleukin 33(IL-33),mucin 1(muc-1) and cytokeratin19(CK19) in patients with cervical cancer and analyze their correlation with apoptosis.Methods 85 cervical cancer patients treated in Huai ’an First People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the experimental group,and 80healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The changes of serum IL-33,MUC-1 and CK19 levels were analyzed.The relationship were statistical computed.Results Serum LEVELS of IL-33,MUC-1 and CK19 in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P0.05).The levels of IL-33,MUC-1 and CK19 in stage Ⅰ to Ⅱ patients were significantly lower than those in stage Ⅲ to Ⅳ patients,with significant differences(P <0.05).Correlation analysis showed that il-33,MUC-1 and CK19 were positively correlated with apoptosis and clinical stage(P<0.05).Conclusions Abnormal expressions of serum IL-33,MUC-1 and CK19 in patients with cervical cancer are involved in the occurrence and development of the disease,and play a certain role in the apoptosis of cervical cancer tissue.This study also provides a new idea for targeted drug treatment of cervical cancer.
