摘　　要：食管癌是全球范围内发病率和致死率均较高的恶性肿瘤,外科手术是其主要的治疗方式。随着“以患者为中心”的医学服务理念的不断深入,食管癌手术患者的治疗效果不应仅局限于术后并发症发生率和死亡率等指标的改善,从患者的角度出发提供疾病及手术相关的各类体验也尤为重要,患者报告结局正是基于此原因受到了越来越多的关注和研究。本文将对国际上应用广泛、可靠性和有效性较高的评估量表及患者报告结局在食管癌外科领域的应用研究现状进行综述。Esophageal carcinoma is a malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality worldwide,and surgery is the main treatment currently.With the development of patient-centered care,the effect of surgery should not be limited to the improvement of the incidence of postoperative complications,mortality and other indicators.It is also important to provide experience related to disease and surgery from the perspective of patients.Therefore,more and more attention is paid to patient-reported outcomes by scholars.This paper will provide an overview of the international widely used,reliable and effective scales and researches about patient-reported outcomes in esophageal carcinoma.
