摘 要:既有建筑中存在大量底框砌体房屋,因为此种房屋为混合结构体系,且现行规范中的相关规定很少,底框砌体房屋的改造往往难度较大.本文结合上海某底框砌体工程改造项目实例,分析底框砌体结构的受力特点和抗震性能,针对上海某学校综合楼工程的抗震鉴定结果,讨论底框砌体结构几种结构改造方法的特点,确定最优的改造方案,为同类结构加固改造工程提供参考.There are a large number of bottom-frame masonry houses in existing buildings,because such houses are mixed structural systems,and there are few relevant provisions in the current specifications,the transformation of bottomframe masonry houses is often difficult.Based on the example of a bottom-frame masonry engineering transformation project in Shanghai,this paper analyzes the force characteristics and seismic performance of the bottom-frame masonry structure,discusses the characteristics of several structural transformation methods of the bottom-frame masonry structure according to the seismic identification results of a school comprehensive building project in Shanghai,determines the optimal transformation scheme,and provides reference for similar structural reinforcement and transformation projects.
