摘　　要：大师云集是西南联大在战乱时期能够创造办学奇迹的重要因素之一。西南联大学生撰写的自传、回忆录等描摹了这些大师的群像:知识渊博,造诣高深;教学形式灵活,不拘一格;爱国敬业,富有人格魅力。他们对学生的为学、处事、做人等各方面都产生了深远影响。从学生记忆视角去重构西南联大教师的形象,虽然带有一定的理想色彩,但可以为今天我们思考教师如何培养杰出人才提供启示。The gathering of masters is one of the important factors for National Southwest Associated University to create a school-running miracle in the period of war.The autobiographies and memoirs written by the students of National Southwest Associated University depict the images of the teachers:most of the teachers of National Southwest Associated University have profound knowledge and profound attainments;the teaching forms are flexible and eclectic;they are patriotic and dedicated,and full of personality charm.They have a far-reaching impact on students in learning,behavior and character.It has a certain ideal color to reconstruct the images of the teachers of National Southwest Associated University from the perspective of students’memory,but it can provide inspiration for us to think about how teachers cultivate outstanding talents today.
