摘　　要：近年来,随着人们生活水平和物质条件的改善,青少年心血管疾病的发病率呈逐年增长趋势,已成为备受关注的公共卫生问题之一。研究显示,青少年肥胖、血压、血脂等因素均在青少年心血管疾病发生发展过程中有一定作用。本文综述相关的研究成果,概述青少年心血管疾病主要相关危险因素,以及阐述青少年心血管疾病的流行状况及防治方法,揭示青少年心血管疾病的发病影响因素,为后续降低青少年心血管疾病患病率和预防青少年心血管疾病提供理论基础,同时通过对青少年心血管疾病危险因素的防控,为成年期心血管疾病的早期预防提供新视角。In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standards and material conditions,the incidence of cardiovascular diseases in adolescents has shown an increasing trend year by year,which has become one of the public health problems of great concern.Studies have shown that obesity,blood pressure,blood lipids and other factors play a certain role in the development of cardiovascular diseases in adolescents.This article reviews the related research results,summarizes the risk factors,explains the prevalence of cardiovascular diseases in adolescents,discusses the influencing factors for the subsequent reducing adolescent cardiovascular disease prevalence and prevention.At the same time,the prevention and control of risk factors for cardiovascular diseases in adolescents will provide a new perspective for the early prevention of cardiovascular diseases in adults.
