摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胃癌根治术联合腹腔热灌注化疗在进展期胃癌患者中的治疗效果。方法选取我院2018年5月至2021年4月收治的96例进展期胃癌患者,随机分为两组各48例。对照组行腹腔镜胃癌根治术联合常规化疗,观察组行腹腔镜胃癌根治术联合腹腔热灌注化疗。对比两组的免疫功能、血浆bFGF与VEGF水平、不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组CTLA-4、bFGF、VEGF水平均低于对照组,CD28水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜胃癌根治术联合腹腔热灌注化疗可显著改善进展期胃癌患者的免疫功能,降低bFGF、VEGF表达,且安全性高。Objective To explore the treatment effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods 96 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received laparoscopic radical gastrectomy combined with routine chemotherapy,and the observation group received laparoscopic radical gastrectomy combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy.The immune function,plasma bFGF and VEGF levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the CTLA-4,bFGF and VEGF levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the CD28 level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy can significantly improve the immune function of patients with advanced gastric cancer,and reduce the expressions of bFGF and VEGF,with high safety.
