摘　　要：目的探讨抗Hp联合胃复春、叶酸治疗胃癌前病变的临床效果。方法将60例胃癌前病变患者随机分为两组,对照组给予抗Hp方案治疗,观察组给予抗Hp联合胃复春、叶酸治疗。比较两组的免疫功能、胃黏膜萎缩改善情况、胃肠激素与胃蛋白酶原水平。结果治疗后,观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞水平高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胃黏膜萎缩改善率为73.33%,高于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的G-17、PGⅠ与PGⅡ均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗Hp联合胃复春、叶酸可提高胃癌前病变患者的免疫功能,阻碍胃黏膜萎缩进展,改善胃肠激素与胃蛋白酶原水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of anti-Hp combined with Weifuchun and folic acid in the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions.Methods 60 patients with gastric precancerous lesions were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with anti-Hp regimen,and the observation group was treated with anti-Hp combined with Weifuchun and folic acid.The immune function,improvement of gastric mucosa atrophy and the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and pepsinogen were compared between the two groups.Results The CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and NK cell level were higher than those of the control group,while the CD8+was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of gastric mucosa atrophy in the observation group was 73.33%,higher than 40.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the G-17,PGⅠand PGⅡof the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Anti-Hp combined with Weifuchun and folic acid can improve the immune function of patients with gastric precancerous lesions,hinder the progression of gastric mucosa atrophy,and improve the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and pepsinogen,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
