摘  要:校园应急演练是有效提高校园应急管理水平、妥善处置校园突发事件的重要途径。目前,校园应急演练在计划准备、实施流程、演练效果等方面还在一定的问题。因此,可借鉴PDCA循环持续改进的优点,从完善计划准备、抓实演练执行、落细检查处理三个方面,提升校园应急演练的效果,增强学校风险防范和应急处置能力。Campus emergency drill is an important way to effectively improve the level of campus emergency management and properly deal with campus emergencies. At present, there are still some problems in the planning preparation, implementation process and drill effect of campus emergency drill.Therefore, we can learn from the advantages of continuous improvement of PDCA cycle, to improve the effect of campus emergency drill, and enhance the school’s risk prevention and emergency disposal ability from three aspects: perfecting the plan preparation, grasping the implementation of drill, and checking and handling.
