摘 要:在网球训练中,网球的技术是第一位的,体能锻炼和力量训练逐渐成为弱项.为提高网球运动员的发球速度,要建立完善的体能训练方式.通过对40名网球运动员进行渐进式核心力量训练,比较实验前后的数据分析力量训练方式对网球发球速度和肌电值的影响效果.结果表明:渐进式核心力量训练方式对发球速度控制的肌肉部位的力量提升更明显.Physical exercise and strength training received little attention during training of tennis skills.An experiment was conducted to improve the service speed of tennis players and to establish a perfect physical training mode.Forty tennis players were trained by progressive core strength training methods,and effects of different methods on serve speed and muscular electricity value were analyzed based on data collected before and after the experiment.The result shows that the progressive core strength training mode can obviously improve the strength of the muscle controlling the serve speed.
