摘  要:为研究小半径曲线地段桥上无砟轨道无缝线路敏感因素对钢轨碎弯变形的影响,以单元板式轨道与钢弹簧浮置板轨道为研究对象,基于梁-板-轨相互作用理论,利用有限元软件建立计算模型,分别分析了钢轨初始弯曲、曲线半径、扣件横向刚度和钢弹簧横向刚度对钢轨碎弯变形的影响及作用规律。研究结论可为小半径曲线桥上无砟轨道的设计及钢轨碎弯的整治提供参考,对于提高无砟轨道平顺性,保证行车安全具有重要意义。In order to study the influence of sensitive factors of ballastless CWR on bridge on rail bending deformation in small radius curve section,unit slab track and steel spring floating slab track are taken as the research objects.Based on the beam-slab-rail interaction theory,the calculation model is established by using finite element software,and the influence and action law of rail initial bending,curve radius,lateral stiffness of fastener and lateral stiffness of steel spring on rail bending deformation are analyzed respectively.The research conclusions can provide a reference for the design of ballastless track on small radius curve bridge and the treatment of rail bending.It is of great significance to improve the smoothness of ballastless track and ensure traffic safety.
