摘 要:针对某化工有限公司的高耸脱碳塔在较低风速作用下发生塔顶晃动振幅过大的问题,运用中国标准对塔器的非正常振动进行分析,可知塔器阻尼比是影响塔顶振幅的主要因素,在设计阶段准确预测阻尼比可以更准确地判断塔器共振情况,进而判断塔器是否需要采取减震措施。文中对国内外塔器阻尼比相关标准取值及计算方法进行了归纳与分析,在此基础上,以该高耸脱碳塔为例,依照不同标准的阻尼比计算方法与阻尼比取值范围对其阻尼比数值进行测定,并与塔器发生振动时所估测的阻尼比取值进行比较,结果误差普遍较大,这表明按照现有标准的阻尼比推荐值或阻尼比计算方法不能十分准确地预测塔器振动,需要提出更准确的阻尼比推荐值或计算方法。Regarding the excessive deflection at the top of the tall decarbonized tower in a chemical company under the action of low wind speed,this paper analyzes the abnormal vibration of the tower using the Chinese standard,and the damping ratio of the tower is the main factor affecting the top amplitude.It is of great significance to obtain accurate damping ratio for accurately predicting whether the tower vibrates,the degree of vibration and whether damping measures should be taken.This paper summaries and analyzes the standard values and calculation methods of tower damping ratio at home and abroad.On this basis,taking the towering decarbonized tower as an example,different calculation methods are used to calculate its damping ratio respectively,and compare it with the actual value of the damping ratio when the tower vibrates.The results generally show large errors.This indicates that the recommended value or calculation method of damping ratio according to the existing standards cannot accurately predict the tower vibration,and more accurate recommended value or calculation method of damping ratio should be proposed.
