摘 要:目的:了解某高校预防医学专业本科生对早期接触科研项目的认知和需求,为高等医学院校预防专业本科生科研训练项目的开展提供参考依据。方法:选取某医科大学大四年级预防医学专业本科生作为调查对象,使用自行设计的调查表进行自填式问卷调查。结果:共106名学生参与调查。调查结果显示,52.83%学生参与过科研活动,且44.64%是通过同伴邀请,39.29%是自行寻找的方式参与科研活动。55.36%的学生参与科研活动的程度只是部分参与,58.93%学生只是为了获得学分而参与科研训练。男女生在参与科研项目(χ^(2)=6.252,P=0.012)、参与程度(χ^(2)=6.374,P=0.027)比较差异有统计学意义。参与过科研项目的学生和未参与过的学生对于科研的认识(χ^(2)=37.271,P<0.01)、感兴趣程度(χ^(2)=7.946,P=0.029)以及了解程度(χ^(2)=12.515,P=0.001)比较差异有统计学意义。56.60%是通过网络资源获取科研的相关知识。学生在科研训练中遇到不同方面的困难,主要是理论知识不足(83.96%)、缺乏科研活动机会(76.42%)、缺乏老师指导(74.53%)。希望通过科研活动学到科研技术(21.23%),通过参加相关科研比赛(83.02%)、科研课程学习(16.04%)以及加入课题组学习(11.32%)来提高自身科研能力。结论:大多数学生对于科研活动都有一定的兴趣,在日常教学活动中,应为本科生开放实验室,增加相关资金及实验设施的投入,鼓励引导学生锻炼动手能力,持续以兴趣导向为驱动力,以期培养具有扎实理论基础和创新能力的综合型预防医学专业人才。Objective:To understand the cognition and demand of preventive medicine undergraduates in a university for early exposure to scientific research programs,and to provide reference for the development of scientific research training programs for preventive medicine undergraduates in medical colleges and universities.Method:The senior-year preventive medicine undergraduates of a medical university were selected as the survey objects,and a self-administered questionnaire was conducted using a self-designed questionnaire.Results:Totally 106 medical undergraduates participated in this investigation.The survey results showed that 52.83%of students had participated in scientific research activities,44.64%by peer invitation,and 39.29%by their own way to participate in scientific research activities.And 55.36%of the students only partially participated in scientific research activities,and 58.93%of the students participated in scientific research training only for obtaining credits.There were differences between male and female in participation in scientific research projects(χ^(2)=6.252,P=0.012)and degree of participation(χ^(2)=6.374,P=0.027).There were differences between students who had participated in scientific research projects and students who had not participated in scientific research projects in terms of knowledge(χ^(2)=37.271,P<0.01),degree of interest(χ^(2)=7.946,P=0.029),and degree of knowledge(χ^(2)=12.515,P=0.001).And 56.60%obtained related knowledge of scientific research from network resources.Students encountered different difficulties in scientific research training,including lack of theoretical knowledge(83.96%),lack of opportunities for scientific research activities(76.42%),and lack of teacher guidance(74.53%).Students hoped to learn scientific research technology through scientific research activities(21.23%),and improve their scientific research ability by participating in relevant scientific research competitions(83.02%),studying scientific research courses(16.04%)and joining research groups(
