摘　　要：本文以2007~2020年中国A股上市公司为样本,以沪深港通交易制度的实施为准自然实验,利用双重差分法,探究了中国资本市场对外开放政策与企业技术创新的关系及其作用机理。结果表明,沪深港通交易制度促进了企业技术创新。进一步地,沪深港通通过降低公司代理成本激励了企业技术创新,因而存在沪深港通促进企业技术创新的公司治理效应。异质性分析表明,沪深港通对非国有企业、高新技术企业、初始生产率较高企业与市场化程度较高地区企业的激励作用更为显著。经济后果探索发现,沪深港通通过促进技术创新提高了企业全要素生产率。本文的研究发现对继续深化资本市场对外开放、推进创新驱动战略与经济高质量发展战略均具有理论意义与现实价值。This paper assesses the impact of capital market opening up on corporate technological innovation, using China’s A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2020 as a sample, taking the implementation of China’s Stock Connect program as a quasi-natural experiment.The baseline result suggests that the Stock Connect scheme has a beneficial effect on technological innovation of Chinese firms.Furthermore, the Stock Connect program stimulates technological innovation of firms by reducing the agency cost, so there is a corporate governance effect of the Stock Connect in promoting corporate technological innovation.Heterogeneity analyses show that the Stock Connect program has a more significant incentive effect on technological innovation for non-state-owned enterprises, high-tech enterprises, enterprises with higher initial productivity, and enterprises in regions with higher marketization degree.The exploration of economic consequence illustrates that the Stock Connect program improves the total factor productivity of firms by promoting technological innovation.The findings of this research have theoretical significance and practical value for further deepening the opening up of Chinese capital market, promoting the innovation-driven strategy and the high-quality economic deve-lopment strategy.
