摘 要:针对目前已有的不锈钢-橡胶硫化粘接式、高分子-热塑性聚酯弹性体(Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer,TPEE)抓钉连接式小阻力轨下垫板在应用中存在的问题,提出将减摩层与弹性层一体成型的复合垫板。考虑小阻力扣件系统的实际使用环境,对采用尼龙、超高分子量聚乙烯作为减摩层材料的复合轨下垫板组装小阻力扣件系统进行试验测试,研究浸水环境下其纵向阻力变化规律。结果表明:尼龙、超高分子量聚乙烯作为减摩层材料均能使扣件系统具有较小的初始纵向阻力;对于尼龙-橡胶复合垫板组装小阻力扣件系统,浸水后纵向阻力发生明显变化,且纵向阻力随着浸水时间增长而增大,浸水60 d时其纵向阻力增大42.30%;对于超高分子量聚乙烯-橡胶复合垫板组装小阻力扣件系统,其纵向阻力浸水前后变化不大,浸水60 d时仅增大1.25%。In view of the application problems of the existing stainless steel rubber vulcanization bonding and polymer TPEE(Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer)nail connection small resistance under-rail pad,a composite pad was proposed,which integrates the antifriction layer and the elastic layer.Considering the actual use environment of the small resistance fastener system,the small resistance fastening system assembled by the composite under-rail pad with nylon and UHMWPE(Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene)as the antifriction layer materials was tested to study the longitudinal resistance change rule under the immersion environment.The results show that nylon and UHMWPE can make the fastening system have smaller initial longitudinal resistance when they are used as antifriction layer material.For the nylon-rubber composite pad assembly small resistance fastening system,the longitudinal resistance changes significantly after immersion,and the longitudinal resistance increases with immersion time,and the longitudinal resistance is increased by 42.30%after immersion for 60 days.For the UHMWPE-rubber composite pad assembly small resistance fastener system,its longitudinal resistance changes little before and after immersion,and is only increased by 1.25%after immersion for 60 days.
