摘 要:检验块的建立是型材零件检验模具快速设计的核心,而型材零件检验块的尺寸和位置的确定依赖于型材零件上漏水孔、下陷等几何特征的位置和尺寸,因此针对检验模块建立的关键问题,提出漏水孔、下陷特征的识别方法,开展分治策略对检验块布局计算应用的研究,设计检验块位置调整规则,阐述检验块分割面的构造过程及分割方向的判断方式。在CATIA环境下完成了型材零件检验模具的智能化、规范化设计模块开发。实例验证表明:上述论述为型材零件检验模具快速设计提供了行之有效的方法。The establishment of inspection block is the core of rapid design of inspection die for profile parts.In order to solve this core problem,the size and position of the inspection block depend on the position and size of the geometric features such as the leakage hole and sag,the identification method of leakage hole and sag feature was proposed.The application of divide-and-conquer strategy to the calculation of inspection block layout has been studied,and the adjustment rule of inspection block position was designed.The construction process of the inspection block segmentation surface and the judgment method of segmentation direction were expounded.The intelligent and standardized design module of profile parts inspection die was completed in CATIA environment.The examples show that the above discussion provides an effective method for the rapid design of profile parts inspection die.
