社区护士老年虐待识别水平及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查福州市社区护士对老年虐待问题的识别水平并分析其影响因素。方法:于2020年11月—2020年12月选取福州市36所社区卫生服务中心的276名社区护士作为研究对象,采用社区护士一般资料调查表、中文版照护情景问卷(C-CSQ)进行调查。结果:社区护士C-CSQ总分为7(6,8)分,虐待行为维度条目识别正确率为1.1%~53.3%,潜在虐待行为维度条目识别正确率为16.7%~69.9%,非虐待行为维度条目识别正确率为22.5%~96.0%,其中,1个条目识别正确率较低,为22.5%,其余条目识别正确率均较高,为80.1%~96.0%。Logistic回归分析结果显示,中专学历、未婚、护师及以上职称、社区护理工作年限>10年的社区护士具备更好的老年虐待识别能力。结论:社区护士老年虐待识别能力不高,应针对不同类型社区护士构建培训方案并加强考核,以提升社区老年护理质量。Objective:To investigate recognition level of elder abuse among community nurses in Fuzhou and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:276 community nurses from 36 community health service centers in Fuzhou were selected as research subjects from November 2020 to December 2020.General information questionnaire of community nurses and Chinese Caregiving Scenario Questionnaire(C-CSQ)were used to investigate.Results:The total C-CSQ score of community nurses was 7(6,8).The correct rate of identification of abuse dimension items were from 1.1%to 53.3%.The correct rate of identification of potential abuse dimension items were from 16.7%to 69.9%.The correct rate of identification of non-abuse dimension items were from 22.5%to 96.0%,in which one item had low correct rate of identification,with 22.5%,and other items was high,with from 80.1%to 96.0%.Logistic regression analysis showed that community nurses with technical secondary school education,unmarried,professional title of nurse practitioner or above,and years of community nursing work>10 years had better ability to identify elder abuse.Conclusions:The recognition level of elder abuse among community nurses is not high,so we should build training programs for different types of community nurses and strengthen assessment to improve quality of community elder care.
