摘 要:目的探讨结构和心理授权联合教育模式在空巢老年2型糖尿病患者中的应用及效果。方法选择2019年2月至2020年2月就诊的258例空巢老年2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各129例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组实施结构和心理授权联合教育模式。比较两组患者干预前后自我管理行为、心理痛苦、血糖指标。结果干预1个月后,观察组患者自我管理行为得分高于对照组(P<0.01),心理痛苦水平低于对照组(P<0.01),血糖指标优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论结构和心理授权联合教育模式能提高空巢老年2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力,有效控制血糖,改善心理健康,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effectiveness of the education model combined structure and psychological empowerment in empty-nest elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 258 empty-nest elderly patients with type 2 diabetes from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table(129 cases in each group).The control group received routine health education,while the observation group received combined education of structural and psychological empowerment.To compare the self-management behavior,psychological distress,blood glucose indexes,between two groups before and after intervention.Results One month after intervention,the score of self-management behavior in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.01),the score of psychological distress in the observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.01),and the blood glucose indexes in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The education modle combined structure and psychological empowerment can improve the self-management ability,blood glucose control and psychological state of empty-nest elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
