摘　　要：在药学一流专业建设的背景下,基于全国医药院校药学/中药学专业大学生实验技能大赛,对实验教学进行梳理和优化,推动了学校药学实践教学的改革,加快了药学实践学科内容的建设,改善了实践教学培养体系,促进了药学综合型人才的培养。结合以赛促改,以赛促训,以赛促教,以赛促建,以赛促学,逐步建立了“改训教建学”相结合的药学精英人才培养模式。Under the context of the construction of first-class pharmacy majors,and based on the experimental skills competition of college students majoring in pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine in national pharmaceutical colleges,all related aspects of experimental teaching and instruction are sorted out and optimized.Comprehensive improvements are carried out in laboratory construction and teaching training,which effectively promoted the reform and advancement of pharmaceutical practice teaching in our university,accelerated the construction of pharmaceutical practice subject content,improved the practical teaching training system,and advocated the cultivation of well-rounded pharmaceutical talents.Combined with competition to promote reform,competition to promote training,competition to promote teaching,competition to promote construction,and competition to promote learning,the authors have gradually established the training mode of pharmaceutical elite talents with the combination of“reform,training,teaching,construction and learning”.
