基于无线互联架构的MES在中药企业信息化升级中的应用

摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,通用管理软件已经在中药企业的运营中得到普及与运用,但针对生产执行过程管理的专业软件系统(MES)在中药企业中的应用极少。文章根据信息技术在中药材生产企业中的应用现状,以“保和堂”净切生产线智能物联管控信息化升级改造为例,介绍整体构想、主要功能和技术方法。从实际应用研究角度,阐述基于无线互联架构的MES与传统中药材生产融合,促进企业生产管理水平的提高,确保产品质量稳定,以利于增产提效,同时也为现代信息新技术在中药行业的推广应用提供借鉴。With the development of information technology, general management software had been widely used in the operation of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises. However, the application of professional software for production execution process management in traditional Chinese medicine enterprises were still insufficient. According to the application status of information technology in traditional Chinese medicine production enterprises, this paper took the information upgrading and transformation scheme of intelligent IOT management and control of “Baohetang” cleaning and cutting production line as an example, the overall concept, main functions and technical methods were introduced.From the perspective of practical application research, this paper expounded the integration of MES based on wireless interconnection architecture and traditional Chinese medicine production, which improved the production management level of enterprises, ensured the stability of product quality, and was conducive to increasing production and improving efficiency. At the same time, it also provided reference for the popularization and application of modern information technology in traditional Chinese medicine industry.
