摘 要:第七次全国人口普查数据显示我国已经进入到极低生育率时期。在此背景之下,高校青年女教师陷入职业发展与生育规划的矛盾之中。研究得出:高校青年女教师生育三胎意愿并不强烈,但对生育二胎接受度尚可;生育规划所带来的压力影响职业发展,生育后返岗压力和平衡家庭与事业变成了挑战。为此,从国家与社会、高校、家庭和自身的角度去给出建议:继续出台全方位的支持政策为育龄女性生育提供保障,对于孕期和哺乳期青年女教师实施灵活管理的方法,家庭应为孕期和哺乳期青年女教师提供全方位的支持与照顾,自身要制定生育计划同时做好职业规划。The seventh national census data shows that China has entered a period of very low fertility rate. Under this background, young female teachers in colleges and universities are caught in the contradiction between career development and birth planning. The study shows that the desire to have a third child is not strong, but the acceptance of having a second child is acceptable. The pressure brought by birth planning affecting career development, the pressure of returning to work after birth and balancing family and career become challenges. Suggestions are given in this paper from the perspective of the state and society,universities, families and teachers: continue to introduce comprehensive support policies to provide protection for childbearing age women;implement flexible management methods for young female teachers during pregnancy and lactation;families should provide all-round support and care for young female teachers during pregnancy and lactation;make family planning and career planning at the same time.
