后疫情时代海南自贸港医学教育发展的思考

摘　　要：把医学教育放在教育和卫生事业优先发展的地位是中国的国策,海南医学教育的发展关系着自贸港建设目标的实现。新冠疫情的发生发展深刻影响了各行各业,而随着后疫情时代的到来,临床需要进行更为深刻的反思,以利于医学教育的发展。笔者以后疫情时代和自贸港建设为背景,从医学生核心价值观的塑造、医学教育与大健康融合视角、医学教育团队的能力提升、临床-公共卫生-社会治理能力一体化人才培养体系的构建以及医学教育顶层设计等维度展开思考,以期抛砖引玉,引发医学教育工作者的思考,推动自贸港医学教育事业的发展,为建设具有中国特色的健康岛培育合格医学人才。It is Chineses national policy to give priority to the development of medical education in education and health.The development of medical education in Hainan is important for the realization of Hainan free trade port.The occurrence and development of the COVID-19 epidemic has profoundly affected all walks of life.With the arrival of the post epidemic era,a more profound self-examination is needed to facilitate the development of medical education.In the background of the epidemic era and the construction of Hainan free trade port,we pondered from the following dimensions:shaping the core values of medical students,integrating medical education with general health,improving the ability of medical education teams,building an integrated talent training system of clinical public health social governance capabilities,and top-level design of medical education,with a view to starting thinking by medical educators and promoting the development of medical education in Hainan free trade port,in order to cultivate qualified medical talents for building a health island with Chinese characteristics.
