摘　　要：目的:探究胆汁反流患者特征性体质(气虚质和阳虚质)与膳食的相关性。方法:对253例胆汁反流患者进行中医体质分类量表、食物频率调查表问卷,分析膳食与体质的相关性。结果:253例胆汁反流患者中,特征性体质组117例,平和质组51例,非特征性体质组85例。特征性体质组患者进食薯类、牛羊肉、泡菜较多,与平和质比较差异有统计学意义(P值分别为0.044、0.032、0.048);特征性体质者进食热性食物或饮品较平和质者增多(P=0.001)。结论:胆汁反流特征性体质患者喜食薯类、牛羊肉、泡菜,喜进食热性食物或饮品。Objective:To investigate the relationship between characteristic constitution(Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency constitutions)of the patients with bile reflux and diet.Methods:All 253 bile reflux patients were enrolled to answer TCM classification scale and food frequency questionnaire,so as to analyze the relationship between the constitutions and diet.Results:Among 253 patients,117 cases were in the group of characteristic constitution,51 cases in the group of peace constitution and 85 in the group of non-characteristic constitution.The patients suffering bile reflux in the group of characteristic constitution usually ate potato,beef and mutton,and pickled vegetables,and the difference had statistical meaning when compared with peace constitution(P was 0.044,0.032 and 0.048 respectively);the intake of"hot"food or drinking in the patients of characteristic constitution was more than that of the ones of peace constitution(P=0.001).Conclusion:Bile reflux patients with characteristic constitution prefer potato,beef and mutton,pickled vege tables and"hot"food or drinking.
