摘　　要：“历史主动精神”已经成为理解和认识我国文艺工作的一个重要概念。新时代文艺工作者要有高度的历史自觉意识,重视传统文艺资源但要懂得“扬弃”,尽可能多地去学习和掌握文艺之外其他领域的知识。要有强烈的历史担当意识,坚守文艺引领时代风气和文化强国建设的历史使命,文艺引领时代的方式方法就是对于日常生活的细致观察和用心刻画。要有积极的历史创新意识,文艺不能为创新而创新,要处理好守正与创新的关系,处理好社会效益与经济效益的关系,文艺经济效益的最终实现必须回到文艺的社会效益上来。“Historical initiative spirit”has become a key concept to understand the literary and art work of our country.Writers and artists in the New Era need to have a high degree of historical consciousness,attach importance to the traditional literary and art resources,but know how to“sublate”and how to obtain learning in other fields.They need to develop a strong consciousness of historical responsibility,and adhere to the historical mission,that is,literature and art is duty-bound to lead the ethos of our time and build the cultural power of our nation.Literature and art lead our time forward through their minute observation and attentive depiction of the daily life.Writers and artists should have a positive consciousness of historical innovation,and they cannot innovate for the sake of innovation,but should properly handle the relationship between integrity and innovation,as well as the relationship between social benefits and economic benefits.The final realization of literary economic benefits is essentially the social benefits of literature and art.
