盐酸苯海索治疗帕金森病及帕金森综合征的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的将盐酸苯海索用于帕金森病及帕金森综合征患者进行治疗时,对患者UPDRS评分以及治疗效果等数据的影响作为探究方向,分析改善措施。方法为得到有效结果,本次截选50例帕金森病患者以及50例帕金森综合征患者,所选患者检查时间在2018年3月-2019年10月中,帕金森患者设定为观察组,帕金森综合征患者设定为对照组,两组患者均使用盐酸苯海索进行治疗。为进一步的得到用于分析的数据,对两组帕金森病及帕金森综合征患者的UPDRS评分以及治疗效果等数据进行对比。结果对比最终的评价结果后发现,两组患者采用相同的治疗方式之后,在评价指标上观察组与对照组差异较大,从统计学角度上来看,具有实际对比价值,盐酸苯海索对帕金森患者的治疗效果更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将盐酸苯海索药物治疗用于帕金森患者的治疗工作中,治疗效果较为显著,而且对患者造成的影响较小,能够保障患者的用药安全,可进一步应用于帕金森病治疗当中。Objective To explore effect of benhexol hydrochloride on UPDRS scores and treatment effect of patients with Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's syndrome,and analyze improvement measures.Methods To obtain effective results,the paper chose 50 patients with Parkinson's disease and 50 patients with Parkinson's syndrome from March 2018 to October 2019.Patients with Parkinson's disease were included in observation group,and those with Parkinson's syndrome in control group.Both groups were treated with benzhexol hydrochloride.To further obtain data for analysis,UPDRS scores and treatment effect between two groups of patients with Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's syndrome was compared.Results Final evaluation results showed,there was significant difference in evaluation indicators between observation group and control group after same treatment method for two groups.It had practical comparison value from statistical point of view,benhexol hydrochloride had more obvious treatment effect on Parkinson's patients.Conclusion Diphenhexol hydrochloride can achieve significant effect in treatment of patients with Parkinson's disease,with less side effect on patients,which can can ensure drug safety of patients,which can be further applied in treatment of Parkinson's disease.
